Tiffany Velez
ROLE
Tiffany serves as Assistant Director of Proximity Commercial Advisors where she represents corporate users in their facility lease negotiations for multiple product types as well as the acquisition of investment properties. Additionally, Tiffany represents landlords in leasing of investment properties.

Tiffany came out of the gates strong with representation of clients such as Triten Real Estate Partners, ABASCO, STI Realty, and Winland International.
Prior to joining Proximity, Tiffany was a Dietetic Nutritionist, Registered for a variety of large hospital systems where she gained clinical experience, management expertise, physician advisory skills and data analysis capabilities. This experience enables Tiffany to have a broader understanding of how people and businesses operate and thrive.
