Leigh Anne functions as the Principal Broker for Proximity Commercial Advisors but also conducts sales & leasing transactions for her clients on a daily basis. She is currently pursuing buyer and tenant representation assignments in the Greater Houston geographical market.


She started her career on the Landlords side of lease negotiations working for Weingarten Realty, The Vantage Companies & Trammell Crow. Portfolio leasing assignments ranged from 3 to 7 million square feet with occupancies starting in the 80% ranges and ultimately leasing herself out of a job at 3-5% vacancies.
